• Marketing Consent Records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year for compliance documentation purposes;
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years following resolution of the relevant enquiry or dispute.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, odeonbet will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.
